Gamified employee connection and learning platform built for the FINRA Intern Createathon. Connects 1,348 employees across 8 departments through skill sharing, coffee chats, team challenges, AI-powered recommendations, and real training data from 6 platforms.

Led a team to build a full-stack internal platform spanning social connection, learning, and gamification—deployed on AWS with Bedrock-powered AI.
